Awarded to a full-time student who will be enrolled in the fourth year of Bachelor of Nursing in the upcoming fall semester. Student must have completed the Family Newborn Health course (NURS 3112) and must be planning to focus on maternity nursing and be interested in infant health. Preference will be given to a student who shows above average ability to put to use what they have learned and demonstrate qualities of caring, kindness and compassion for patients and people.
